This template is for a 5T version of the Anna jumper, although I mention how to make it smaller for younger children on my website. This dress is fully lined on top, but doesn’t have any zippers or buttons, which makes it an easy dress for even the beginner sewer! An experienced sewer could probably finish the whole jumper in just a couple of hours.
